Ingredients
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
1/3 jar Thai Sweet Chili Pepper Jelly
4 large flour tortillas
1 red pepper, cut into strips
Instructions
Mix cream cheese with Thai Sweet Chili Pepper Jelly, blend well. Spread mixture on tortilla shells. Place red pepper slices on one end of the tortilla and roll tortilla tightly over it, so it ends up in the middle. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight and cut into slices just prior to serving.
